Honest answers to honest questions
Where are founders' documents stored?
In storage you own - an S3 bucket, any S3-compatible store, or on-prem through the Apragya Tenant Runner. Apragya keeps the records; your storage keeps the files.
Does the AI read the documents?
No. Vippy's three agents work from metadata only - names, dates, totals, statuses, review outcomes and action items. Document contents never reach an LLM.
How does the compliance gate work?
Each tranche lists what must be in place before release: the previous utilisation certificate accepted, the statement of expenditure filed, resolutions and milestone evidence on file. Release is blocked until the gate clears; an override needs a reason and is logged for the funding body.
Can founders use it?
Yes - the founder portal ("My startup") lets them submit updates, UCs and documents, see review decisions and upcoming dates, and read reminders.
Does it handle our funding body's formats?
Utilisation certificates, statements of expenditure and financial returns follow configurable formats per funding body, and portfolio and impact reports are generated from the same records.
