Does Apragya file PF, ESI and TDS with the government directly?
It generates the exact files each portal accepts - the EPFO ECR text file and challan, the ESIC challan, the TDS 24Q return with its FVU file for TRACES, and PT/LWF returns by state. You upload them to the portals; nothing is re-typed and every file is kept with the run for audit.
How are the old and new tax regimes handled?
Each employee picks a regime in self-service, declares 80C/80D/HRA/LTA and uploads proofs. Payroll reviews proofs, TDS is computed regime-wise every run, and Vippy can show an employee the comparison from their own numbers.
Can I move from GreytHR, Keka or Zoho Payroll?
Yes. Import the employee master, salary structures, loan ledgers and year-to-date figures so the first run and Form 16 are correct. We help during onboarding.
Does payroll talk to my bank and my accounts?
Finalizing a run produces the NEFT/ACH file in your bank's format and posts the payroll journal entry (salary, PF, ESI, TDS, PT payables) into Apragya Finance automatically. Attendance, leave and overtime come from Apragya HRMS.
What does Vippy actually check?
